# 949 ITO Transparent Conductive Coatings
ECI's ITO Transparent Conductive Coatings offer superior durability and excellent transmission. Coatings are suitable for deposition on glass, semiconductor materials and polymer optical substrates. Silicon dioxide overcoats can be deposited over the ITO to provide electrical isolation or enhanced durability.
• Resistivity ranging from 4 to 10,000 ohms/sq.
• Typical Transmission > 85% @ visible
• Coatings meet or exceed the durability requirements of
MIL-C-48497
• Custom busbars are available
