ECI
offers a variety of thin film designs that can be deposited
directly onto temperature sensitive fiber optic components
at temperatures below 50 degrees C. Our high-energy deposition
processes produce extremely dense and environmentally
stable films suitable for devices that must pass extended
humidity and temperature cycling tests. We have the experience
to handle your ball lenses, jacketed fibers, bare fibers,
laser bars or window caps in low and high volume. We
have tooling available for many common fiber assemblies.

Anti-Reflection
(process temperatures below 50°C)
Suitable for bare and ferruled fiber ends, fiber arrays, TO caps, glass/metal assemblies and other temperature sensitive devices.
Designs include extended BBAR, dual band and super low v-coat.

Applications
that need a coating to attenuate and/or redirect some energy and other
applications that wish to split an incident beam efficiently into any desired
