Anti-reflection coatings are commonly used to reduce reflection losses by increasing transmission through optical surfaces. These coatings also enhance contrast and reduce glare. ECI's coatings are designed for maximum performance in the UV, Visible, near IR and far IR regions. We have experience coating all types of glass including high and low index, temperature sensitive glass, high expansion and gradient index glasses, ultra thin wafers and molded glass elements. Coatings are optimized for angle of incidence, substrate index of refraction, and incident medium. V-Coat or narrow band, broad band and dual band designs are available for various glass indices, angles of incidences, and polarization requirements.

Applications include: display windows, industrial instrumentation, medical optics, and laser applications.

ECI's anti-reflection coatings meet the reflection and environmental requirements of MIL-C-675 and MIL-C-14806A.
