Purchase Orders
Orders may be placed by phone, mail, e-mail or fax. Phone orders should be confirmed by mail or fax.

Credit Cards
VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Please provide the account number, expiration date and name as it appears on your credit card.

Prices
Contact our sales department for a price quotation. You may fill out a quote form and fax it over to us for a prompt reply or send us an e-mail. Quotations will be valid for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.

Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days, FOB Willow Grove, PA. Customers who are placing orders for the first time are asked to forward credit references.

Shipping
Prices are FOB Willow Grove, PA. Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made via UPS with charges prepaid and added to your invoice. You may also provide us with your account number for your preferred carrier.

Delivery
Delivery time is typically one to three weeks. Expedited deliveries are possible upon request.

Warranty
All coatings are warranted to perform as quoted. Please contact our sales department within 30 days if any nonconformance is found. ECI will repair, replace, or issue credit for defective coatings.

Spectrophotometer Curves
Spectrophotometer curves are available upon request. Please note specific requirements on your purchase order.

Environmental Testing & Mil Specs
Environmental testing, adhesion and abrasion testing are available upon request. Please specify any testing requirements and MIL Specs on your request for quotation.
